In order to create a RES user for next4biz CSM, RES must be activated through Configuring Event Management first. After RES has been enabled, the RES checkbox will appear  in the “New User” dialog.

• Go to Settings > Organization > Users and click on “New User” button as pointed by the red arrow below
• Fill in the necessary fields, check the “RES User” checkbox and click Save.
