Configuring Event Management
In order to be able to configure event management, one must be granted event management configuration permissions. If you haven’t done already, follow Granting Event Management Permissions.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Event Management, check “Please check to activate RES” and click “Save”.
- If you haven’t already create a RES user, follow Creating a RES user to create one.
- Click on User Configuration, select your RES user, choose the events you want to be notified of and click Save
The chosen events for each RES user appear in the grid on the bottom of the page.
