LDAP Authentication

LDAP-enabled users can always authenticate with next4biz CSM using their next4biz CSM username and LDAP password, even if password authentication for next4biz CSM is disabled in the application settings.

next4biz CSM can be configured to accept Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) authentication if your organization has implemented LDAP. When users in your system attempt to log into next4biz CSM, the application will authenticate them to your LDAP server. If authentication is successful, the user is allowed to log into next4biz CSM. If the authentication is unsuccessful, invalid username or password warning is shown.
