Inbound Email Settings

Go to Settings > Integrations > Inbound Email Settings using the left-hand-side menu and fill in the settings as shown below.

Exchange Server and MAPI are the two other Server Type options besides SMTP.

If the “Create Issue Automatically” checkbox is checked, the two listboxes, “Issue Catetory” and “Issue Type” will display. Choosing this option will create a new issue with the specified category and type when an email is delivered to the specified email address.

As many emails as wished can be configured as an inbound email setting.
