In order to Import Issues, you need Batch Operation Permissions described in Granting Batch Operation Permissions.

To import Issues from an excel file:

• Go to My Issues > Batch Operations > Import Issues
• If you haven’t done already, download the template file to use as a basis for your data file to be uploaded.
