In order to Import Issue Categories, you need Batch Operation Permissions described in Granting Batch Operation Permissions.

To import Issues from an excel file:

• Go to Settings > Properties Definitions > Issue Category and then click on the “Import Categories from file” button on the right-hand top corner of the window.
• If you haven’t done already, download the template file to use as a basis for your data file to be uploaded.
• Fill in the file according to the shown data types:
• Browse to the file and click on the “Upload” button. If you don’t want to occupy next4biz during the intense work hours, you can specify a later execution time for the import to run.
