In order to perform Batch Operations, a user must be granted Batch Operation Permissions through one of its roles.

To grant Batch Operation Permissions to one of a user’s roles:

• Go to Settings > Organization > Roles and click the “Edit” button in one of the roles that have been assigned to your particular user.
• Scroll down to “Batch Operations” section select the needed permissions and click on “Update” button:
